This workshop covers fiduciary responsibility and internal controls. Specifically, roles and responsibilities in protecting the University's resources while promoting an environment consistent with the University's values and objectives.
FAS staff members, both exempt and nonexempt have important responsibilities, including fiduciary duties, to FAS and the University and are often privy to confidential or non-public information about the University. In meeting University and FAS goals and obligation, all FAS staff members should perform their jobs in a manner that will ensure that there is no conflict, or any appearance of conflict, between their personal interests and those of the University.
